I have been meaning to send you an email since I got back to work on Monday and just have not got there.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for whatever you did or said to the management at the David Livingstone as we did all end up getting a complimentary spa voucher 😊
Besides the pool area being closed we could not fault the hotel in any way whatsoever …their staff, service and food was outstanding.
I did do a review on Trip advisor and filled in their questionnaire and would definitely go back for a 3rd time if we went back to Zambia any time.
