Budget Chobe Camping. 3 day 2 night

Kasane | Chobe

PRICE: USD 509

Fully immerse yourself in the sights sounds and smells of a traditional African safari with this three day, two night adventure camping experience in Chobe.

Comfort: Budget
Duration: 2 days 1 night

Day 1 includes a boat cruise on Chobe River into Chobe National Park, where you have the opportunity to get up close to fantastic birdlife and a variety of wildlife including hippos, crocodiles, scores of elephant and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to drink.

Enjoy a delicious lunch in Kasane town before heading off into the park in a customized 4×4 game viewing vehicle for an afternoon game drive. Around sunset you will head to your camp for dinner around the camp fire, and then settle in for the night in a comfortable tent to get lulled to sleep by the sounds of the bush.

Day 2 You will be woken at dawn for a light breakfast and early morning game drive, the best time of day for finding the big cats or wild dogs as they are still active at this time and chances of seeing them are good.
You will then return to camp for a hearty bush brunch with time thereafter to rest and freshen up.
When the day starts to cool off another afternoon game drive follows tea. Previous good sightings are revisited or areas as yet unexplored are visited. Return to camp after sunset for fireside chat followed by dinner.

Day 3
On your last day, enjoy a dawn breakfast followed by an early morning game drive – you may be lucky and even spot a leopard! Return to camp for a delicious “bush brunch” and an opportunity to take a refreshing shower and to pack. Leave camp on a final boat cruise on the Chobe River, before heading back into Kasane/Kazungula for your onward border transfer
