Our full terms and conditions will be sent to you with your invoice or on request
Packages: We require payment of the deposit within 24 hours of the invoice being generated. Deposits are used to cover flights. In order to secure your flights we have to pay them within a very tight time frame.
Payment can be made by credit card, EFT (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic transfer.
For your safety we ask that we get written authorisation from you to deduct from your credit card. We will email a credit card authorisation to you. Please fill in the details and fax / email it back to us for processing.
Any personal information requested by VictoriaFallsconnection will only be used to process your reservation and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Each establishment has its own terms and conditions. As a general rule of thumb the following applies.
8 weeks or less prior to travel 25% of the total will be forfeited
6 weeks or less prior to travel 50% of the total will be forfeited
3 weeks or less prior to travel 100% of the total will be forfeited
Only on written instruction from you to cancel the reservation will VictoriaFallsconnection.com refund . Your initial deposit must first be cleared by our banking institution before a refund will be made. No refunds will be made until we received refunds from the service providers. Please remember to send us your banking details – name of bank, branch code.
VictoriaFallsConnection.com levies a 10% on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R180 charge will be charged
The information presented on VictoriaFallsconnection.com are a best effort at a fair and honest representation of the services offered at each facility. VictoriaFallsconnection.com makes no warranties in this regard and cannot be held responsible for any variances that may occur.
We advise clients to insure fully. VictoriaFallsConnection shall not be held responsible for any loss caused by delays, sickness, Acts of God, cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, default, baggage, loss, injury or death.
Guests may be requested to sign an indemnity form at certain lodges before undertaking activities. This is also required when undertaking adventure activities in the Vic Falls and Livingstone areas. These indemnities serve as a contract between yourself and the supplier of the activity and VictoriaFallsconnection.com accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or death that may occur.
Victoria Falls lies in a malaria area. All guests should consult their doctor or travel clinic to get advice on the correct malaria medication suitable for them. Guests travelling to Zambia are no longer required to have a yellow fever innoculation as Zambia was decleared yellow fever free by the World Health Organisation.
